1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately and a shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched.

3. TRACKING
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may take 48 hours to activate. If no update after 5+ business days, contact support@cyathia.com.
4. ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Cyathia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
5. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
